We’re planning 9–10 days in Chile with a small group of 10 women, sharing art, culture, dancing, spiritual exploration and shamanic experiences. We’ll meet in Santiago, then head north to San Pedro de Atacama for desert landscapes, incredible stars and a little magic together. You’ll make your own way to Santiago, where our journey together begins.

Emilya founded Flourish in 2023 over a series of intimate dinners for women in business, and she hosts its gatherings today. She is also the Founder and Managing Director of Art Pharmacy, an art and placemaking consultancy and Australia’s first arts and culture B Corporation, and the creator of the Conscious Leader Wisdom Deck.
